Exchange Policy

• We offer size exchange only within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide store credit or another suitable resolution.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and provide refunds only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received the wrong item.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

• Your Order ID

• Clear photos of the product

• An unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect product claims)

After verification, we will arrange a return pickup where available or guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be initiated.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products purchased during sale or clearance events.

• Customized or altered products.

• Products returned without original tags or packaging.

• Used, washed, stained, or damaged products due to customer handling.

• Returns requested after the specified return window.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Slight variations in color, embroidery, or weave are a natural characteristic of handcrafted Chikankari and should not be considered defects.

• Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

• Nazakhatt reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

• Within India: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take an additional 2–4 business days.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable. The exact amount will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Nazakhatt is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Package

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

• Do not accept the parcel if it is visibly opened or damaged.

• If accepted, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos/videos of the package.
